my favourite design era :)

We had to do a quarter scale drapery, inspired and drawn from an art nouveau art work, supplying the picture . . .

nature inspired, early 1900's, turn of the century design beauty.

sounds simple, though as it's our last drapery assignment of second year, nobody was feeling it much.

I picked the O r i e n t a l  D e s c o v e r y  as my inspiration :)

I chose old Greece and Japan meet the new world



I enjoyed doing it, just went really quickly.
